This question has probably been asked and answered dozens of times, but I am new and have to ask it again before I go out and purchase my first rifle. When playing Airsoft at a designated field, is there a Max on FPS? I've read it is usually 400 but I've also seen higher. Is it different at each fie...

I haven't played yet.. still new to the sport. There are a few places around the Hudson Valley to play, one that comes to mind is in New Windsor.
