It's close. This one could be over-limit if it's hotter then 350fps. You can compress the spring for a few hours (overnight) and reduce the FPS but unless you own a chrono, there's no easy way to know for sure how it's firing out of the box.

Oh right! I totally forgot about the old Coke can chrono.
Airsoft GI did a test and they say that it's good for measuring guns below 350fps. So if your gun can shoot a hole through the bottom of a coke can, it's too hot for CQB. Make sure your barrel is 1" away from the can and you're using a .20g BBs
