Guide: Recommended BB weights and brands
Re: Guide: Recommended BB weights and brands
I carry around 25,000 .25s with me at all times, just in case my team needs ammo.

Wow. I thought I had way too much. And my camel back froze up that day.
If you are getting shot at shoot back.
Re: Guide: Recommended BB weights and brands
Well, we have 2 LMGs so ammo gets slung around.

We played in a 5 hour 50 person scenario game on 50 acres yesterday and I used about 3 - 120 round midcaps. No break in game for re-supply; we had to carry what we needed all day. I had 9- 120 round midcaps and a speedloader w/ 400 more on me.

In all fairness Mark, some people on my team aren't very trigger disciplined xD

Mark, was that 5 till midnight? I was there as well and went through less than 1000 rounds. I was also only in 2 firefights all day and most of that was defending the ruins. I also went into that game knowing it wasn't going to be full of trigger time. It was 38 on 12 after all.
If it wasn't 5 till midnight then I'm rambling.
Back on topic...sorta. I use .25 kwa (formerly ksc or kcs or whatever) in everything. They are great bbs and very smooth and polished.

Roger. Same here. Spent the first 2 hours in defensive positions and patrolling w/o firing a shot at Fort Bravo / HQ.
The scenario was set up for OPFOR to defend 4 remote positions, find intel and nukes/drugs and transport so I knew going in it wasn't going to be a "run and gun". My engagements were small and fierce as well.
I liked the scenario.

I went through one and a half (1.5) bags of .3s at OP: Blacksheep I
21 hours of non-stop play.
On the other hand our SAW gunner went through 10. lol

Yep -- spent 45 minutes defending "the wall" at the Patriot's home field ( Keeper's ) and used 1300 rounds before I expired. Down to my sidearm and 1/2 a magazine. Lots of trigger time that hour.
Back to bbs ( sorry ). We use .25s indoor and .30 up outdoor. I expect Deus X to use a lot of ammo at OPBB 2013

I'm expecting a lot of ammo from TFC, at least SticK. We like to sling some rounds when necessary.
