Turning ballastic glasses to full seal goggles

I'm wondering if this would be considered "full seal goggles"
The base is the oakley ballastic M frames.
The added piece is this helo kit

Yes they would be considered full-seal. Though you'd have to wear the elastic straps on on the back to use them at NYC Airsoft events.
