Hello all,
Today I recieved some Bravo Comtac replicas in the mail. I hooked them up to my push to talk button and plugged them into my Midland 2-Way radio and when I spoke into the headset the person on the receiving end could barely hear me. The headset was on, the batteries were brand new, and the mic was at a fine distance from my mouth. I could hear the other person great but they could barely hear me. If someone could possibly offer some advice it would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris
P.S. There was no instruction manual either so I have practically nothing to refer to besides my very limited knowledge and crappy youtube videos.

Does this low pickup occur with both headsets?
Where did you buy these 'replica' headsets? Links?

Re: Bravo Comtac II replica trouble
The problem is only in the one headset. I'm communicating headset to a radio with no headset attached. I don't don't know if that makes a difference?
Also they are the ones on evike (I don't know how to post a link as I suck at using computers).
You simply cut the URL from your browser and paste it into your post.
You may want to send the headset back and ask for an exchange.
