I think you are missing the point i'm trying to make. Forget the number of actual mid-caps or BBs a player has on them. Simply allowing a player to load all the bbs they have into a non-lootable item has effectively made looting a player impossible.sonic wrote:If you think you'll have enough BBs to fill 15 midcaps in Phase 2, you have some serious faith in your team. You've got over 60 guys you have to share a limited amount of BBs with. You will not be filling a combat load of BBs until Phase 3 when you can use your own.Alchy-ops wrote:But with mid-caps you were limited to 3, once there filled you need to "store your BBs" in either a Speed loader or bag. Now we can just carry 15 midcaps and fill them up, ending player looting. Last year our team won because we looted a ton of bbs from dead players.

We are discussing allowing players to loot BB's from any mag. But more to the point, it's really about looting NPC you kill and then killing any player who has looted that bag and doesn't have time share it with their team mates.Alchy-ops wrote:I think you are missing the point i'm trying to make. Trigger control has noting to do with being able to loot BBs from a player.Carbon wrote:

I like the idea of limited ammo and looting, however I am a little concerned about getting downed and then looted and returning to the squad from re-spawn with no ammo. If pistol mags were off limits you wouldn't be completely out of action after being hit and looted. In phase two, you would then have to decide if you wanted to reload all of your ammo into your primary weapon or stick with your sidearm for awhile. I can imagine a few frustrated players having to repeatedly share ammo with private Pyle who keeps finding himself downed and looted.
I do like opening all long arm mags to looting.

Re: OP: Fallout 6 EAST - NY 8.24.14
I'm curious about participation for this game. I know that tickets for all factions of the east coast game have been sold out for weeks. Evike still has tickets for all factions of the west coast game available on their site. I have heard the number 200 used about players on the field in New York. What was the attendance goal for the west coast game and where do the factions stand now? What is the player count for the east coast game?

I heard they only sold 35 tickets for the west coast game however thats 3rd hand info so I dont know how reliable that number really is. East coast game will have about 60 players per team according to the downloadable roster.Gripdog wrote:I'm curious about participation for this game. Re: OP: Fallout 6 EAST - NY 8.24.14
I picked up four tickets for the Wastelanders and am bringing friends. I tried downloading the player handbook, but it won't finish, it stalls out at 2.8/2.9 MB. Anyone else having an issue with the download link?
Edit:
I got the handbook from my team's facebook page. Still something to note if others on this forum thread are trying to access it. Not sure if others had the same issue.
On a side note, can anyone answer if these goggles are permissible at the op; my current ANSI rated goggles have slits cut in the foam to prevent fogging and I'm worried they won't be allowed.
