During phase 1 and 2 yes, but during phase 3 we attacked both vaults and was told by the CO or Embed of those teams that there was a truce in the southern field and that we couldn't raid the base.

Alliances between teams doesn't mean raiding was suspended for the Phase. There is no such rule on the books that HQs are off limits in Phase 3.

It wasnt an alliance but a truce between all the teams in the southern area. Reason that was given was all players were suppose to go to the north part for the final battle, (was told this after the game ended).

I made a grenade launcher out of a caulk gun, but it still uses a 40mm airsoft gas grenade, will I be allowed to use that in the op? My gear will greatly depend on whether or not I can. Also, if I can use it, which phase would that be included in?

What team are you on? If you're liberty militia I'm gonna say no grenades until the 3rd phase (if sonic allows them then) as there will not be enough ammo to waste on a grenade. Remember, this is an extremely limited ammo game. Don't be surprised if you start the game with under 100 rounds

I'm not going to stop anyone using a 40mm. It's a BB waster, but I can't see any reason to not allow it. If your CO gives you the go ahead to waste your entire ration of ammo in a grenade, that's on him.

Once we hit Phase 3 and personal BBs are allowed, a 40mm would be very useful.
