CYMA CM046 not shooting

The gun is brand new, but is just not firing. I can pull the trigger, but the gun makes no noise (meaning I can't hear the gearbox) and does not fire. I have checked whether it is a battery issue, it is not. I have checked whether it is a fuse issue, it is not. Any ideas?

I'd like to have a few ideas before I go to have it professionally repaired as that way I don't have to pay for diagnostics. I would have tried to to repair it myself if it was a plain old AEG, but it's an EBB which means I'd have absolutely no clue what I'm doing. . .

Take an electrical tester, set it for continuity and attach the positive and negative where you would connect the battery. Pull the trigger and you should get continuity. If not its your trigger contact.

Disconnect your motor & re-connect it before anything, sometimes the connectors become loose.
