V-Tech fan goggles

Fogging is an eternal issue when playing airsoft. One of the most effective means of reducing fogging is the use of goggles with built in powered fans.

This is the V-Tech airsoft mask with a built in battery powered venting fan. It is a Chinese made clone of the Tokyo Marui airsoft mask. It looks exactly the same except for the cheaper looking shiny plastic finish that you'd have to hold up close to notice.

Hard plastic Paintball masks make using iron sights on airsoft rifles difficult or impossible. The V-Tech features a low profile design that sits close to your face with a flexible plastic face protector so you can bring your rifle right up to your cheek and use your iron sights.

It attaches via an elastic goggle strap with a quick release buckle so you don't have to take of your helmet or hat.

To prep for use, gently push in plastic hook tabs on the top of the inside of the goggles. These will release the battery cover plates on the top of the goggles. The on-off switch is located on the right side the mask. A hi-low speed button is on the left side.

It uses 2 AAA batteries rated for about 2.5 hours on low speed and 1 hour on hi-speed. So you'll need to change out batteries for a day long game. Actually a couple of times.

A mini venting fan is located on the top of the mask, so make sure your helmet or hat brim isn't covering the fan or else it won't work properly.

Finally, not even these goggles are 100% fog resistant. High humidity, low temperatures, dirt, and other factors can make these goggles fog.

For your best results:
• Keep your goggles clean
• Use Moondog defog
• Don't wipe with your dirty fingers or shirt
• Cary extra batteries
